By using the app you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, you should not use the service.
1. The service
Shopfront uses the shop photo, presenter choice and script text you provide to produce an AI-assisted vertical promotional video of up to 15 seconds. Product features and supported providers may be updated over time.
2. Your rights and responsibility
You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content you upload, and that you have obtained the permissions required from the people shown, from brand owners and from the owners of the premises. If you upload a photo of another person to act as the presenter, that person must have explicitly agreed to their image being used this way and turned into a talking video. You are responsible for publishing the produced video and for its commercial use.
3. Prohibited uses
- Impersonating someone without permission, deception, or damaging a person's reputation.
- Content that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, sexually abusive, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempting to bypass the system's safety rules, prompt limits or technical restrictions.
- Disrupting the service, reverse engineering, automated abuse or unauthorised access.
Providers or Shopfront may refuse such requests. For refused or technically failed productions, the credit policy is applied according to the nature of the event.
4. AI output
Generative AI results can differ on every run and must not be treated as reliable information about real people or events. Unwanted differences can appear in signage, faces, pronunciation or movement. You should review the video before publishing it.
5. Subscriptions and credits
- The weekly plan provides 5 video allowances per subscription period, and the monthly plan provides 20 per period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your store account.
- A subscription period allowance is a usage quota for that period; it is not a purchased credit balance. Unused period allowance does not carry over to the next period.
- One-off add-on credits do not expire. They do not renew automatically, they stay in your account, and they are used once the subscription period allowance is exhausted.
- A production normally uses one video allowance. Prices and taxes are shown in the store information on the purchase screen.
6. Payment, cancellation and refunds
Payments are collected by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are charged to your store account once the purchase is confirmed. A subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal charge is taken within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your store account's subscription settings. As a rule, cancellation does not end the current paid period immediately. Refund requests and store payment rules are subject to the policies of the relevant store.
7. Availability
Production depends on several third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; we do apply reasonable technical measures to keep jobs in a safe queue and to retry temporary failures in a controlled way.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in the Shopfront app, its brand elements and the service infrastructure are reserved. You keep your rights in the original content you provide. So that we can deliver the service, you grant permission to process your content solely for production, storage, delivery and security purposes.
9. Restricting your account
A user who breaches these terms, creates a security risk or engages in fraudulent payment activity may have their access to new production restricted, temporarily or permanently.
10. Deleting your data and account
The app has no visible registration screen; your identity is tied to an anonymous account created on your device. You can delete this account and all data attached to it from inside the app: Home → Settings → Delete my account and data.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone: your videos, the photos you uploaded, your business names and your scripts are removed, your account is closed, and remaining credits are not refunded. If a video production is still running, deletion is refused until that production finishes. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; you must cancel the subscription separately from your App Store account.
Purchase and payment records are kept for accounting purposes for as long as the law requires; during deletion the link between those records and your identity is severed, they no longer identify you, and they are not used for new production. If you cannot reach the app, you can also send your request to [email protected].
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Shopfront is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of reputation, or claims arising from content the user publishes. Your non-waivable rights under consumer law are reserved.
